To Bow and To Kneel

"To bow and to kneel
Before another of your kind
Is a dishonor to your ancestors
A disgrace to your kin
A degrade to yourself
A flaw on your name."

"Before one bows and kneels
Think it worth or for naught.
Is before you a righteous man?
Do not be selfish as a turtle hides,
Be true to one's self
And consider others right and superior
When they are."

"To know when to bow and to kneel
Is when you know who is in front.
Is he selfish, corrupt and unworthy
Or is he fair worthy and responsible?
Let pride not hamper one's judgement
For you may be the filth in this house."

"For to be the filth in this house
Is a dishonor to your ancestors
A disgrace to your kin
A degrade to yourself
A flaw on your name
Then you shall never learn
To bow and to kneel."

God of War

Among the Olympians of Greek mythology, I truly favor Ares, the God of War. He may be detestable, blood-thirsty, reckless and murderous, but he is just so awesome! I mean, he's super strong and all! Even if he's reckless, he can still beat strong guys(not including Otus and Ephiliates), cause he's a god of war. It's just so cool. If you've known his role in the Trojan war, he could've given the Trojans victory, if it weren't for Pallas Athena and Hera encouraging Diomedes to hit him. Wounded tremendously, Ares fled to Olympus, not to tend to his wound, but he poured out complaints on his father, Zeus, first! He complains about Athena's violence and deeds against him, but Zeus looks at him sternly and tells him straight in the face, " I hate you more than anyone in Olympus alive!" And you know what Ares did next? He turned his back, on his own father, the highest god in all of Olympus!
Other than being a ruthless warrior, his soft side comes to Aphrodite, the goddess of love and beauty. As far as I've known, the goddess was the only one who cared for Ares in Olympus. Pretty sweet, but Aphrodite's also got a hitch from other guys, immortal or not. With Aphrodite, he had three, Phobus, Deimus and Harmonia, the wife of the man that founded Thebes. Ares, himself, is also the Father of the Amazons, the women warriors. People may have their negative views about my favorite Olympian about whether he's strong but dumb, but for me, he's a totally awesome hero!

Cruel Man in Power

This is just a little short story. Enjoy!

"Cruel man in power,
Believes he'll last forever,
His reign divine and infinite,
But a sinner that has arise,
Will soon crumble down to ashes,
Not today nor tomorrow, perhaps,
Possibly,when I am long gone.
But one that has a beginning,
Will have it's ending.
One with no origin,
Will never cease from existence,
Like a god with no beginning,
Dwellers of Heaven are immortal,
Watch your open rear carefully,
Cruel man in power."

"Strong soldier,
Run amuck in the battlefield,
Your enemies like a devil you come,
Like rain let them fall ,
A well-devoted man of his Homeland,
A zealous comrade on Mars,
But alas!
Why have you lowered your gate,
My Light in the shadows?
Wounded tremendously you are!
Your brave soul I can see,
Clinging to your earthly form,
But not for long.
The world lost another,
Strong soldier,
Another great man."

"Cruel man in power,
Heartless,fake,unthinkable.
By your hand I have perished,
I may not be your match,
Not the one to rip you off your throne,
I have died before your tyranny ceased!
I have gone and caused you joy.
Though death is not my end.
Just as I disappeared,
So will you in the end.
Then I shall have my victory over you,
Even at death!"

"Though I'm not certain still,
Your reign ended in vain,
For you've left a scar,
On what I attempted to build,
Your deeds I will never forget!
Your immortality is granted,
Cruel man in power"

Truth or Lies?

"Some" people:
~chase after those who reject them
~detest those who yearn for them
~often want to listen to lies than the truth
~find bad deeds more exciting than good ones
~force themselves to believe in ghosts and spirits for a more entertaining life
~force themselves to like the latest trends just to be "in"
~are just so impossible:
-they're scared of the truth
-but they're tired of lies
~always want to be someone they're not
~can't fight with nothing to protect
~keep on dreaming without taking action
~can't accept reality as reality
~say "no" when they mean "yes" and the other way around
~see what's ahead but are unaware of what's beside them
~go the complicated way when there's an easier one
~look at others more frequently than looking at themselves
~don't pay attention to matters they are not interested in
~complain during a problem before looking for a solution
~choose to dream on until their final fantasy because they fear reality-the unknown
~aren't really afraid of anything, just the unknown
~are afraid to try something new because they fear disappointment
~can never be satisfied
~can't differentiate "true love" from "puppy love"

I love to make poems! (Or something like that...)

Under golden tresses hide not,
I can pass your needle's eye,
The mist you cast,
Is not as blur as your heart,
Golden naivete.

Caged Tree,
Limited in growth and freedom,
Knows the exit of the cage it insists,
When put to fiery flames,
What can it do
In its hopeless state?
Caged tree,
At freedom in Hades at last.

Two mountains to bring the birthplace of the Light to cinders,
Claws at each other,
Though they are the same,
Equal balance beams they cannot make,
But reassures naught falls.
