My dogs are also my sisters

I love this neighborhood, but kids here are total &%$#@(excuse me for my language). I mean, who do they think they are??? Carrying toy guns around and shooting at the friends of my dogs out on the streets. They think they're so brave and strong that they have the right to play with those dogs. This is what happened, a gang of boys around the age of 8-10 arrive with toy guns and start shooting at a small dog outside my house. The dogs of the nuns in front of our house and our dogs start barking at them like they were The Philippines Most Wanted Crooks. They play around with one of the dogs. The tiny dog they shot with their toy guns chase them off to the other end of the street, nearly biting off the foot of one of the boys. I mean, what kind of display of idiocy was that?! If they come messing with my dogs, I'm letting my dogs out to kill them. I don't care what their mothers think, I'm letting my dogs kill them if they catch them. I'd even help my dogs if they come around again. Damn kids.

Noisy neighbors

Man, are my neighbors noisy people. They were just able to put up a little bar in there place and night after night after night, they kept singing drunk music in their karaoke machine which could be heard throughout the neighborhood. It would have been alright if they had a good singer but they are just a bunch of drunkards boasting that they've become rich folks. Until one night, one of our seniors got sick of their tyranny. He stomped his way out of his house and yelled at the drunkards. That was kinda awesome of the old man to do something like that. The noisy bar turned down its volume at last.

Bored of Blogging

Blogging... I have nothing to write about most of the time. Sure I have time to blog every single night, but I'm just not "into" it. I mean, what am I suppose to write about? Local news? They're not even "interesting" for me. No proximity. I don't even like writing down my thoughts. My thiughts are for myself, even if some of my posts talk about them... Bleh... I need a topic or something....

FAMILY DAY

This family day was no fun at all. Why can't we just ignore the stupid dancing thingy of the programme and go around campus and do what we want. It's a family day. Ever since I heard of the dancing program after lunch, I had no second thoughts about ditching the event.Right after the parade, I regrouped with my family, ate and bought stuff then left. I didn't even care about the registration. It was for plus points, right? Just for plus points.So what? I don't need to work so hard for plus points to get a passing grade. I wish family day was like the usual family days we had in the past few years. Fun and not like a prison. And why'd family day end so early? 6:00? I wish the days of yesterday could just be today. Changes are good, but sometimes, they just don't work the way you want them to.

A BOND ( a bit long but this is my original story )

Two lads embark on a journey
To search for excitment in this world.
One is the white liar
The other so fond of being prompt.
Bounded by a brotherly oath
Sworn since childhood
A bond as strong as steel.

Miles and miles they walked
Targeted by selfish men
But the oath which they've sworn
Kept unyielding and secure
In despair or in joy
Their smiles dropped not.
A bond as strong as steel.

Fallen angels sighted the two
To play with their hearts
The demons plotted.
The white liar told his friend
"We'll be fine if we travel this road."
The demons laughed harder.
A bond about to break.

Along the road
Behold misfortune and chaos.
The two lost dear items
From their fathers' houses.
The fallen angels deeds
Made the bond melt so fast.
A bond about to break.

"Misunderstandings break bonds"
Prompt Youth frowned.
"Say it is over not,my friend.
I am by your side.
It is not too late"
The other pleaded.
A bond about to break.

"Why trust a liar such as you?"
His friend rebelled with a scowl.
"You lie about safety as always.
I cannot trust a deceiver.
Not a white liar or the sort.
A deluder is a phony."
A bond about to break.

The demons laughed harder.
Soon, the friends in a battle
Against each other they found.
Not friends any longer
Not comrades nor brothers
But enemies, foes now.
A bond shattered in pieces.

In the midst of the battle
Their insults were heard
By Morpheus of Memories
The Immortal realized
The two had fallen to demons
And decides to end the quarrel.
A bond to be reborn.

The white liar of the two
Recalls his brotherly friend
Welcoming, benevolent, sympathetic.
The friend he once loved
The comrade, brother he cared for
More than his own life and honor.
A bond to be reborn.

The Prompt Youth of the two
Recalls his brotherly friend
Perky, affectionate, hearty.
The friend he once loved
The comrade, brother he cared for
More than his own life and honor.
A bond to be reborn.

"Our childhood days
To be brothers perpetually
We vowed to each other
Our oath we break
For a single misunderstanding
After all our adventures?"
A bond redeemed at last.

The two lads realized
What they were quarelling over
Was nothing worth over their oath.
They quit their brawl
To regain being friends
As comrades, as brothers once again.
A bond as strong as steel.

Signs

All of us ask signs from God, whether we remember it or not.Sometimes we're so desperate we overlook these "signs" that we make things even worse. Not only do we overlook or misinterpret these "signs" but we should also be careful of where it came from. And when I mean "where it came from", I mean, we should be certain those are from God and not from the devil. God isn't the only one who gives us signs. If we follow the sign the devil gave us, we will fall. Not immediately of course. The devil will make us happy at first to persuade us so we should really be careful. We're not safe anywhere. Whether we're under the protection of the police or whatever, we can NEVER escape the forces of the supernatural. Not everyone believes in the supernatural. I didn't at first just to show how brave I was. But now, I can't help but believe, when I can't explain something which is , well, "unexplainable."

Light and Darkness

Admit it or not, you need both the light and the darkness within yourself to survive in this world. You need the light to see through the darkest path and you need the darkness to see through the path of blinding brightness. Well, I think the darkness would never win against the light nor the other way around. I believe that if the balance of the world be disrupted, everything would fall apart. I believe these are two equal things unless we get ourselves to lean more on the other side. Be aware of too much of both because you would never find your path either way.

Metal Music

Why does everybody think metal music is an anti-christ thing? Not all metal bands are bad. In fact, most of those bands are christan! Just because it sounds violent and angry (well it is) doesn't mean they're bad people. Metal music is an expression of the anger and hate you have for someone most of the time. It's not to encourage people to do violent acts, it's to share one's thoughts and emotions. Music is music! I choose metal music over pop music myself! I'm angry at the world somehow and I grow calmer because I feel understood when I listen to metal music. It's not about "love". That topic is so cliche and they don't even understand what it is. It's about trying to fix something that's so hard that you feel so frustrated and angry. I know of a metal band vocalist and he also sings in his local church on masses. He dedicated a song to his deceased grandmother saying that he cherished the memories. Why can't people think it depends on the band????? I'm angry!!!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I'm calm now so I hope I changed at least one person's perspective about metal music.
Geez, leave angry people alone. I don't mind if anyone puts a comment....
Why are people like this?
Why do people always expect everything to go their way? I mean, not everything has to be about them.Not everything in this world is always for fun. Why won't people just realize that some things will always be like that? Like school for example, classmates always tell me, "SOOOOOOOOO boring." Well no one said school should be fun. We came there to learn so we can have a life, not to have fun. It may be fun at times but not everything, everytime. I know I may sound pessimistic,but it's reality. The world isn't exactly a playground. It's not a place where we can just toss flowers anywhere at anytime. Sometimes we have to be serious and think that other people have their own lives and therefore have their own opinions of things. Not everything has to go your way. Sometimes it has to go other people's ways for once. This world does not belong to anyone.
Mural Painting
Mural painting in school started out to be a fun thing.But then things changed when I finally joined. The deadline is close ahead and we're not even half done with our painting. It's a contest but we don't care anymore. All that matters is that we make history on the walls of Assumption. All that mattered was that we'd finish it on time. The deadline is only a couple days ahead! And it's starting to rain everday. Rain is good since we hadn't had any for months but now's not the time!!!! We have a deadline to pass here! We barely even passed the draft of the painting. We were actually the last one. People may call me an artist but time is of the essence! Painting is not my specialty. It's pencil on paper! Not brush on wall!But despite the rush, I find it somewhat exciting. I mean it's not everyday it happens, really. I have mixed emotions about our work. It's whether I feel like I want to give in or keep going until my last breath. It's exciting yet pressuring. It's enjoyable yet quite a bother to my other works. I just hope we finish the painting on time, presentable of course.
Sadistic People
Sadistic people love blood, violence and seeing or causing others in pain. I may even be one of them, but when it comes to serious people that mean a lot to me, I'm not. I see programs on TV about wild people doing crazy stunts that end up failing. But it's not about sportsmanship or stuff like that. It's all about the pain and failures. Some people even find pleasure in viewing these programs, including myself. They say, it's wrong to laugh at other people's misfortunes, but unfortunately, I find it hilarious, especially if I'm not connected to the person. Many TV shows have gotten high rates beacause of sadism. It's hard-hitting comedy that'll make anyone laugh. No matter what you may say about how bad and sick it is to laugh at failures, you yourself (maybe not all the time) would laugh until you cut your breathing at pathetic people. It's a human being thing. It's nothing to be ashamed of, really. Just be sure you'll be laughing at the right person or be offending anyone.
To Bow and To Kneel
"To bow and to kneel
Before another of your kind
Is a dishonor to your ancestors
A disgrace to your kin
A degrade to yourself
A flaw on your name."
"Before one bows and kneels
Think it worth or for naught.
Is before you a righteous man?
Do not be selfish as a turtle hides,
Be true to one's self
And consider others right and superior
When they are."
"To know when to bow and to kneel
Is when you know who is in front.
Is he selfish, corrupt and unworthy
Or is he fair worthy and responsible?
Let pride not hamper one's judgement
For you may be the filth in this house."
"For to be the filth in this house
Is a dishonor to your ancestors
A disgrace to your kin
A degrade to yourself
A flaw on your name
Then you shall never learn
To bow and to kneel."
God of War
Among the Olympians of Greek mythology, I truly favor Ares, the God of War. He may be detestable, blood-thirsty, reckless and murderous, but he is just so awesome! I mean, he's super strong and all! Even if he's reckless, he can still beat strong guys(not including Otus and Ephiliates), cause he's a god of war. It's just so cool. If you've known his role in the Trojan war, he could've given the Trojans victory, if it weren't for Pallas Athena and Hera encouraging Diomedes to hit him. Wounded tremendously, Ares fled to Olympus, not to tend to his wound, but he poured out complaints on his father, Zeus, first! He complains about Athena's violence and deeds against him, but Zeus looks at him sternly and tells him straight in the face, " I hate you more than anyone in Olympus alive!" And you know what Ares did next? He turned his back, on his own father, the highest god in all of Olympus!
Other than being a ruthless warrior, his soft side comes to Aphrodite, the goddess of love and beauty. As far as I've known, the goddess was the only one who cared for Ares in Olympus. Pretty sweet, but Aphrodite's also got a hitch from other guys, immortal or not. With Aphrodite, he had three, Phobus, Deimus and Harmonia, the wife of the man that founded Thebes. Ares, himself, is also the Father of the Amazons, the women warriors. People may have their negative views about my favorite Olympian about whether he's strong but dumb, but for me, he's a totally awesome hero!
Cruel Man in Power
This is just a little short story. Enjoy!
"Cruel man in power,
Believes he'll last forever,
His reign divine and infinite,
But a sinner that has arise,
Will soon crumble down to ashes,
Not today nor tomorrow, perhaps,
Possibly,when I am long gone.
But one that has a beginning,
Will have it's ending.
One with no origin,
Will never cease from existence,
Like a god with no beginning,
Dwellers of Heaven are immortal,
Watch your open rear carefully,
Cruel man in power."
"Strong soldier,
Run amuck in the battlefield,
Your enemies like a devil you come,
Like rain let them fall ,
A well-devoted man of his Homeland,
A zealous comrade on Mars,
But alas!
Why have you lowered your gate,
My Light in the shadows?
Wounded tremendously you are!
Your brave soul I can see,
Clinging to your earthly form,
But not for long.
The world lost another,
Strong soldier,
Another great man."
"Cruel man in power,
Heartless,fake,unthinkable.
By your hand I have perished,
I may not be your match,
Not the one to rip you off your throne,
I have died before your tyranny ceased!
I have gone and caused you joy.
Though death is not my end.
Just as I disappeared,
So will you in the end.
Then I shall have my victory over you,
Even at death!"
"Though I'm not certain still,
Your reign ended in vain,
For you've left a scar,
On what I attempted to build,
Your deeds I will never forget!
Your immortality is granted,
Cruel man in power"
Truth or Lies?
"Some" people:
~chase after those who reject them
~detest those who yearn for them
~often want to listen to lies than the truth
~find bad deeds more exciting than good ones
~force themselves to believe in ghosts and spirits for a more entertaining life
~force themselves to like the latest trends just to be "in"
~are just so impossible:
-they're scared of the truth
-but they're tired of lies
~always want to be someone they're not
~can't fight with nothing to protect
~keep on dreaming without taking action
~can't accept reality as reality
~say "no" when they mean "yes" and the other way around
~see what's ahead but are unaware of what's beside them
~go the complicated way when there's an easier one
~look at others more frequently than looking at themselves
~don't pay attention to matters they are not interested in
~complain during a problem before looking for a solution
~choose to dream on until their final fantasy because they fear reality-the unknown
~aren't really afraid of anything, just the unknown
~are afraid to try something new because they fear disappointment
~can never be satisfied
~can't differentiate "true love" from "puppy love"
I love to make poems! (Or something like that...)
Under golden tresses hide not,
I can pass your needle's eye,
The mist you cast,
Is not as blur as your heart,
Golden naivete.
Caged Tree,
Limited in growth and freedom,
Knows the exit of the cage it insists,
When put to fiery flames,
What can it do
In its hopeless state?
Caged tree,
At freedom in Hades at last.
Two mountains to bring the birthplace of the Light to cinders,
Claws at each other,
Though they are the same,
Equal balance beams they cannot make,
But reassures naught falls.
