Two lads embark on a journey
To search for excitment in this world.
One is the white liar
The other so fond of being prompt.
Bounded by a brotherly oath
Sworn since childhood
A bond as strong as steel.
Miles and miles they walked
Targeted by selfish men
But the oath which they've sworn
Kept unyielding and secure
In despair or in joy
Their smiles dropped not.
A bond as strong as steel.
Fallen angels sighted the two
To play with their hearts
The demons plotted.
The white liar told his friend
"We'll be fine if we travel this road."
The demons laughed harder.
A bond about to break.
Along the road
Behold misfortune and chaos.
The two lost dear items
From their fathers' houses.
The fallen angels deeds
Made the bond melt so fast.
A bond about to break.
"Misunderstandings break bonds"
Prompt Youth frowned.
"Say it is over not,my friend.
I am by your side.
It is not too late"
The other pleaded.
A bond about to break.
"Why trust a liar such as you?"
His friend rebelled with a scowl.
"You lie about safety as always.
I cannot trust a deceiver.
Not a white liar or the sort.
A deluder is a phony."
A bond about to break.
The demons laughed harder.
Soon, the friends in a battle
Against each other they found.
Not friends any longer
Not comrades nor brothers
But enemies, foes now.
A bond shattered in pieces.
In the midst of the battle
Their insults were heard
By Morpheus of Memories
The Immortal realized
The two had fallen to demons
And decides to end the quarrel.
A bond to be reborn.
The white liar of the two
Recalls his brotherly friend
Welcoming, benevolent, sympathetic.
The friend he once loved
The comrade, brother he cared for
More than his own life and honor.
A bond to be reborn.
The Prompt Youth of the two
Recalls his brotherly friend
Perky, affectionate, hearty.
The friend he once loved
The comrade, brother he cared for
More than his own life and honor.
A bond to be reborn.
"Our childhood days
To be brothers perpetually
We vowed to each other
Our oath we break
For a single misunderstanding
After all our adventures?"
A bond redeemed at last.
The two lads realized
What they were quarelling over
Was nothing worth over their oath.
They quit their brawl
To regain being friends
As comrades, as brothers once again.
A bond as strong as steel.
I'm a sophomore of St. Catherine and I'm an artist... A writer (maybe). An indirect kind of person... I have nothing more to put here...........

Signs
All of us ask signs from God, whether we remember it or not.Sometimes we're so desperate we overlook these "signs" that we make things even worse. Not only do we overlook or misinterpret these "signs" but we should also be careful of where it came from. And when I mean "where it came from", I mean, we should be certain those are from God and not from the devil. God isn't the only one who gives us signs. If we follow the sign the devil gave us, we will fall. Not immediately of course. The devil will make us happy at first to persuade us so we should really be careful. We're not safe anywhere. Whether we're under the protection of the police or whatever, we can NEVER escape the forces of the supernatural. Not everyone believes in the supernatural. I didn't at first just to show how brave I was. But now, I can't help but believe, when I can't explain something which is , well, "unexplainable."
Light and Darkness
Admit it or not, you need both the light and the darkness within yourself to survive in this world. You need the light to see through the darkest path and you need the darkness to see through the path of blinding brightness. Well, I think the darkness would never win against the light nor the other way around. I believe that if the balance of the world be disrupted, everything would fall apart. I believe these are two equal things unless we get ourselves to lean more on the other side. Be aware of too much of both because you would never find your path either way.
Metal Music
Why does everybody think metal music is an anti-christ thing? Not all metal bands are bad. In fact, most of those bands are christan! Just because it sounds violent and angry (well it is) doesn't mean they're bad people. Metal music is an expression of the anger and hate you have for someone most of the time. It's not to encourage people to do violent acts, it's to share one's thoughts and emotions. Music is music! I choose metal music over pop music myself! I'm angry at the world somehow and I grow calmer because I feel understood when I listen to metal music. It's not about "love". That topic is so cliche and they don't even understand what it is. It's about trying to fix something that's so hard that you feel so frustrated and angry. I know of a metal band vocalist and he also sings in his local church on masses. He dedicated a song to his deceased grandmother saying that he cherished the memories. Why can't people think it depends on the band????? I'm angry!!!

I'm calm now so I hope I changed at least one person's perspective about metal music.
Geez, leave angry people alone. I don't mind if anyone puts a comment....
